Help A Little Compassion Empower Neurodiverse Young Adults to Soar to New Heights! This year, double your impact with a generous dollar for dollar match from Mr. Steve Little. At A Little Compassion we’ve seen the results of hands-on programming for Connecticut’s neurodiverse youth in our safe and sensory inclusive space. Visiting our little nonprofit with a big heart has become an uplifting experience for our extraordinary young adults and the community at large when they experience our soft place to land at The Nest! “It’s so rewarding to watch young adults who are so often overlooked or left behind gain confidence and skills to propel them forward. Our caring community has grown and today our social gatherings program alone has over 700 members – and with your help we won’t stop there!” GivingTuesday was launched in 2012 as a simple idea: to create a day that encourages people to do good. Whether it’s helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts, and everyone has something to give. If you’d like to help The Nest and A Little Compassion’s GivingTuesday initiative to empower neurodiverse young adults to take chances, get out of their comfort zones, find their tribe, and soar to new heights; join us! Stop in for a cup of coffee at The Nest and get to know our amazing staff, volunteer your time for our events or activities, or CLICK HERE to donate. Your support can change lives and ensure our caring and inclusive community for all continues to grow. Fondly, Jane Moen Executive Director A Little Compassion/The Nest Coffee House
